Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Service Manager in Kollam,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Coach and provide feedback leveraging performance management tools and processes.
• Support customers in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
• Manage your team’s schedule and lead the day-to-day operations of the teller line.
•  Control department costs within budget constraints. Submit regular department progress to the General Manager.
• Leading the Service team to success, communicate changes and policies, oversee route organization for the branch,   perform periodic route check-ins, make visits to Service Centers and cooperatively work with other departments in the   branch.
• Safely operate company vehicles, following all applicable laws and company policy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
