Job Description :

Looking for a Restaurant Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:
  •  {{ESTRONG}}Understands completely & conforms to all Company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.

* 

Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service.
  •  Ensures that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
  •  Responds to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  •  Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given attentive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  •  Manages shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

  •  Excellent customer service.
  • Strong organization skills.
  •  Basic computer skills required.
  •  2 years of experience is required.
