Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
  •  Answers phone calls and routes appropriately, takes accurate messages, makes.
  •  Assists sales and marketing efforts as directed by General Manager.
  •  Ensure guest special requests are fulfilled and proper delivery of guest services is delivered.
  •  Comply with federal, state and local laws regarding health, safety, and alcohol services.
  •  Ensuring that special requests are noted and fulfilled.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent communications skills.
  •  Must have exceptional customer service skills.
