Job Description :

Duties:

  • Review salary surveys, to advise and ensure equitable and competitive pay structures.
  • Prepare employee cost report and manage tax calculation.
  • Work closely with payroll vendor to ensure accurate salary payment.
  • Work with cross functional team on position evaluation and drive consistency base on established job level & rank.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources or relevant discipline.
  • Min 6 years C&B experience from multinational companies/corporations
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent managerial skills needed.
