Job Description :
Duties:
- Review salary surveys, to advise and ensure equitable and competitive pay structures.
- Prepare employee cost report and manage tax calculation.
- Work closely with payroll vendor to ensure accurate salary payment.
- Work with cross functional team on position evaluation and drive consistency base on established job level & rank.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources or relevant discipline.
- Min 6 years C&B experience from multinational companies/corporations
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent managerial skills needed.
