Urgently looking for an experienced Commis I UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Hilton.
•  Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.
•  Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
•  Commis I also ensure that mise en place for food preparation is completed in your section.
•  Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
•  Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.

Job Requirements:

•  High school education.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong organizational skills.
•  Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
