Duties:

  • Analyze and update training programs regularly to meet ongoing business needs
  • Report challenges, issues and feedback encountered during the course delivery to superior
  • Supervise employee’s learning progress and provide feedback to individuals as necessary
  • Requirements:
  • University graduates are needed.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Proficiency in computer
  • Video production skills is preferred
  • Skills in both English & Chinese
