Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Team Lead in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Actively supports management decisions and escalates employee/department concerns to immediate supervisor.
• Works closely with the Supervisor & the Inspection team to maintain quality and reduce overall product cost and rework.
• Provides timely and effective feedback to employees based on established quality and productivity standards.
• Ensures work areas are kept clean, complies with all company policies including: QMS, safety rules, standard operating   procedures, and good manufacturing practices.
• Suggests ways to simplify and improve methods and/or procedures as needed.
• Works cross-functionally with other department personnel, team leads, and supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.`
