Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Recruiter in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Manage recruiting needs for assigned branch by understanding each customer’s needs, busy seasons   and service associate schedules.
  •  Partner with delivery leads to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  •  Perform administration of the applicant workflow processes.
  •  Track metrics and data associated with open positions and proposal efforts.
  •  Maintain a pipeline of candidates within the companys area of expertise to better serve our customers.
  •  Team oriented and the ability to foster a positive Candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  •  Good verbal and written communication skills.
