Job Description :

Duties:

Arranging innovative services for guests by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
Taking information from guests and entering it on a database.
Reply guests' enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
Requirements:
Must hold a Diploma (minimum)
Minimum 1 year experience in customer services or hospitality industry
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua
Good communication and customer service skills
