Job Description :
Duties:
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Requirements:
- 5 years of Wholesale / Retail management experience in Hong Kong in Sporting Goods, Casual Wears or Casual footwear
- Good English commanding skill
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
- Excellent managerial skills.
