Details:

• Co-ordination and supervision of in-house technicians and contractors for routine maintenance and repair work for plumbing & drainage systems
• Handling tenancy fitting-out and other major improvement works.

• Requirements:
• Certificate in Building Services or equivalent is a plus
• Be fluent in Cantonese and written English
• Min. 5 years' experience in building construction or services maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems
• Be a highly motivated person with excellent supervising skills.
