Job Description :

Duties:

Analyze and develop a standard operating procedures, make sure the operation process comply with corporate IT policy
Keep up positive relationship with business users and understand their IT requisites
Conduct risk assessment and react in alert on company's infrastructure & information assets
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Skills in both speaking and writing Chinese and English
Min 10 years large scale IT support and operations management experience
Skills in Microsoft AD, Office 365, Windows Server and Desktop applications
