Job Description :

Looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst in UAE.

Job Details:

Responsible for troubleshooting application issues.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Administers application security.
Identifies resources for issue resolution.
Complete end user service requests primarily around application installation on PCs and trouble- shooting related issues.
Train end users to properly use Infrastructure-specific software (VPN; O365; wireless and etc.) along with security best practices.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Two years experience in same field.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
