Job Description :

Duties:

  • Keep up and update records in HR system.
  • Prepare HR documents and analytical reports on a regular basis.
  • Liaise and coordinate with local and overseas business units for staff movement, promotion, cross-border assignments etc.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of HR experience in recruitment, generalist or business partner role.
  • Skills in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including vlookup, pivot table).
  • Good command over spoken and written English and Chinese.
