Job Details:

• Handled EPC Contract & DBFOT, hybrid annuity contracts.
• Preparing and Quantifying Claims, Delay Analysis and Extension of time (EOT) Applications.
• Studying Contract of projects and preparation of salient features and Contract Appreciation Document.
• Rate analysis and costing of claim items COS.
• Study of Contract Agreement and contractual communications and identify areas of disputes.
• Identification & preparation of claims and process.

Job Requirements:
