Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Supervising maintenance operations.  Planning and distributing the work and monitoring   performance.
• Ensuring compliance on a day-to-day basis with State, Federal and Company requirements.
• Working closely with location manager, providing status of maintenance and budget requirements. 
•  Respond to tenant maintenance requests in the individual apartment units.
• Install new appliances and dispose of old ones.
• Remove trash from property grounds.

Job Requirements:

• Management Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
