A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Philippines.

Job Details:

• Management of long-term sick employees. Obtain employee's consent and liaise with GP's and Occupational Health.
• Review an eight-week absence management report and identify if triggers have been hit.
• Initiate next steps in terms of management of the trigger point.
• Responsible in preparing recruitment standards and system for the company.
• Prepare company rules and regulations.
• Handle and manage human resources.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Bachelor’s degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
