A leading Company Looking for an experienced Call Center Agent in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Enhance the customer journey in a professional and polite manner at all times.
  • Ensure that all compliance procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure that all contacts (successful or otherwise) are recorded on our back office system.
  • Produce escalation alerts to a high and accurate standard ensuring key individuals within the business are kept informed.
  • To make outbound calls to customers in order to request feedback on service delivery.
  • To produce and deliver accurate data to the organisation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
