In-house Asset Finance (aviation) Lawyer

Job Description :

Duties:

• Work directly with business directors and will be involved in broad ranging corporate and commercial matters
• Work with a focus on aircraft purchasing and leasing transactions and related documentation and regulatory matters.
• Become a prime part of the APAC legal team
• Requirements:
• PRC qualified lawyer needed
• Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in aviation or asset finance gained with an international law firm
• Excellent command in spoken & written English and Mandarin is required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills needed.
