Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Sources and maintains vendor information for new ingredients, processes, and packaging. 
•  Orchestrates technology transfer and sharing for new concept introductions and new supplier start-ups. 
•  Establishes formulation and processing parameters to ensure product quality consistency. 
•  Refines recipes for successful execution within operational limitations. 
•  Supervises food production in the absence of supervisor.
•  Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.

Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
•  Good verbal and written communication skills.
