Senior Technical Service Officer

Job Description :

Duties:

• Install / configure IPT systems and implement customized solutions to fulfill customer’s requirement
• Interact with customers, collect requirements and translate customer’s business requirement to system configuration, prepare document and proposal
• Work in irregular hours including overnight when required
• Requirements:
• Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of working experience in IT or telecommunication field
• Knowledge and experience on Lan/Wan, Router/Switch, Wireless Lan, Linux and Window OS etc.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese
