Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Prepared acceleration, prolongation extension of time claims.
  •  Producing monthly valuation for interim certificates.
  •  Creating line by line analysis of the Engineers certificate.
  •  Hire and document contractors and subcontractors.
  •  Keep track of construction materials and inventory.
  •  Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree.
  •  Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Six years experience in same field.
  • Good Communication Skills.
