Looking for a Cook in Bahrain.

Job Details:

• Monitors competitor's products and keeps abreast of new trends and technologies in the industry. 
• Sources and maintains vendor information for new ingredients, processes, and packaging. 
• Assists in sensory testing on new and existing products using appropriate methods and analysis. 
• Orchestrates technology transfer and sharing for new concept introductions and new supplier start-ups. 
• Establishes formulation and processing parameters to ensure product quality consistency. 
• Responsible for the accuracy, documentation and data entry of working recipes, costs, yields, procedures and other information as required. 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
