Job Details:

•  Ability to communicate with staff and residents both verbally and in writing.
•  Works on line during peak service periods and assists when needed.
•  Takes month-end food inventory and extend totals accurately.
•  Reads and understands financial performance and results.
•  Ensure all company policies are administered fairly and consistently.
•  Develops relationships with local merchants.

Job Requirements:

•  Culinary school diploma.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent communication skills.
