Senior Operations Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Ensure company policies and standards are adhered to in stores and under the operations team
• Supervise the toy business including store operations, buying, merchandising and marketing
• Manage manpower resources for operation & buying teams and provide necessary training & coaching for staff development
• Requirements:
• Degree holder
• At least 10 years of experience in retail and wholesale;
• Excellent in MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Be familiar with POS system;
• Good command of both spoken and written English ; Cantonese & Mandarin;
