Job Description :

Looking for a Recovery officer in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  • Recording all the visits/activity in the handheld device ( Daily Visit Report).
  • To trace & repossess/surrender the funded assets from chronic defaulters as per policy.
  • Updation of financial, social information of the parties and third party usage details.
  • To trace property (movable/immovable) of the parties & obtaining proofs for the same. Obtain information on the receivables of the parties.
  •  Escalation of difficult & special cases, insurance-related disputes to the team leader.
  • Visit all the parties to the agreement and remind them for dues payable.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  •  Malaysians Only.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • 1-year experience is required.
