Job Description :

Duties:

  • Offer First tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
  • Opportunities to cross over different IT projects to further develop the IT skills for future career development
  • Make sure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma / above in Information Technology
  • Computer related disciplines
  • Minimum1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
  • IT Certificate will be definitely an advantage
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
