Job Description :

Duties:

Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
Requirements:
Secondary 7 or above
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Good command over Chinese and English
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
