Duties:

  • Arranging innovative services for customers
  • Provide ticket inquiry service to customers at the airport
  • Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Answer customer complaints and inquiries in the VIP room or customer service counter
  • Requirements:
  • Appropriate educational Degree      
  • Valid certifications.
  • Previous relevant experience of minimum 1 year
  • Be a smart and presentable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
