Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Banquet Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Marketing and selling conference and banqueting facilities.
  •  Responsible for  scheduling staffing requirements for each event.
  •  Helps to set and meet departmental goals as set by the Banquet management team.
  •  Recruits and selects qualified candidates.
  •  Schedules employees to meet banquet labor expense projections and staff events.
  •  Schedules staff to provide coverage for banquet events.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Effective communication skills.
  •  Strong computer and technical skills.
