A leading Company Looking for an experienced Team Lead in Calicut,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Taking ownership of the quality of testing and the test strategy across multiple scrum teams.
• Leading, motivating and coaching a team of Testers. The team has a blend of manual and automation knowledge and you   will be tasked with retaining the balance based on business needs.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, you will be committed to improving our agile processes   and best practices within the team.
• Maintain care records; recording observations, activities and assessments.
• Liaise with nurses, GPs and social workers to ensure service users are receiving the medical support required.
• Review the care and support delivered in a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
