Job Description :
Duties:
- Arrange innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Take information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
- Make sure the customer's experience is a positive one.
- Requirements:
- Appropriate educational Degree
- Previous relevant experience in Banking/Finance companies.
- Be a smart and presentable.
- Excellent analytical skills.
