Duties:

  • Arrange innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
  • Take information from customers and entering it on a database.
  • Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Make sure the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Requirements:
  • Appropriate educational Degree      
  • Previous relevant experience in Banking/Finance companies.
  • Be a smart and presentable.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
