Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Registered Nurse in Philippines.

 Job Details:

• Ensure that all nursing care is properly documented, including care plans and daily charts.
• To complete three new care plans during the year and evaluate at least (four) Care plans a month.
• To Complete the daily medication rounds and document consistently without errors or any issues being picked up on the    medication audits.
• Provide support and supervision to care staff.
• Ensure effective communication with relatives and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure confidentiality regarding all aspects of care and management of the home is maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• College Graduate of Nursing.
• Good communication Skills.
