Job Description :
Looking for an Admin Assistant in Malaysia.
Job Details:
- Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events; scheduling, coordinating food & beverage service, running presentations, etc.
- Participate in Employee Moral Committee.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining copy and break rooms.
- Assist employees and job candidates with business travel coordination.
- Process expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting department standards and policies.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, and correspondence utilizing MS Office Suite and another spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree holder.
- 1-year experience is required.
- Malaysians Only.
- Only female can apply.
