•  Research the internet to locate potential customers.
• Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings.
• Maintain employee database records.
• Conduct HR meetings on how to implement new initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling and conducting interviews with applicants.
• Make hiring decisions after completion of interviews and reviews of candidates.
