Looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Calculating Building Plinth Area, Construction Slab Area From Cad Drawings.
  •  Forwarding The Budgetary Estimate To Execution Team.
  •  Confirming Carpet Area And Sale Area Of Flats.
  •  Collection Of Scrap Sold Data, Rolling Margin, Material Send For Testing, Material Theft at Site.
  •  Collection Of Net Material Receipt At Site For All Materials Including Transfer In And Transfer Out..
  •  Review The Estimated Cost Monthly On Highrise System.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Degree holder.
  • Strong organization skills.
