Project Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Assign project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Enhance comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints
• Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• 10+ years good, stable relevant experience in Hong Kong projects
• Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure project experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills
