Job Description :
Duties:
- Planning and execution of overall merchandising / buying activities
- Formulate and manage OTB budget to meet the company business objectives
- Supervising, coaching & managing the merchandising team to speed up and shorten regular lead-time of the merchandising process
- Requirements:
- Degree holder of apparel related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years or above experience in Fashion Retail industry
- Marketing field skills; communication skills.
- Remarkable managerial skills.
