Job Details:

•  Support the QA testing function and change management process to ensure there is due diligence and traceability of   business requirements and integrity of the final solution.
• Collaboration with internal solution providers to ensure that designs are fit for purpose.
• IT representative on relevant business Centre of Excellence forums, participating and promoting best practise.
• Business engagement, change management, process improvement, requirements engineering and benefits realisation.
• Support the process of taking business users through a structured engagement process to deliver their required changes.
• Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful adoption of change initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
