Residential Community Relations Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Well handle internal relations and complaints.
• Strengthen ties with internal & external stakeholders of the residential community at Taikoo Shing
• Manage govt and community relations, handling community activities, facilities management, residents communication.
• Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent disciplines
• Skills on MS Word and Excel
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Min 8 years experience in Facilities Management or in similar environment, of which 5 years in supervisory level
• Excellent managerial skills needed.
