Job Description :

Duties:

Responsible of architectural design and management for residential development projects
Engages in the property development and investment operations
Analyze sketches, blueprints and models for environmental, acoustic and safety issues.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 8 years post qualification relevant experience
Hands-on experience in luxury residential projects is highly preferred
3D rendering and AutoCad skills
Must be a creative minded
