  • Provide superior service related to property management
  • Assist in handling customers’ enquiries and requests  
  • Your work will be on shift basis
  • Requirements:
  • Min 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
  • Be a smart and presentable
