Job Description :

Duties:

• Ensure the Food & Beverage activities and kitchen operations are aligned with the respective corporate strategy
• Responsible for the efficient running of the Food & Beverage department
• Ensure the hotel actions have been implemented appropriately
• Requirements:
• Must hold a Degree / Diploma in Hospitality management.
• Minimal 5 years experience as Director of Food & Beverage within a luxury 5-star hotel/resort environment.
• EXcellent planning and organizing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
