Looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
•  Log items into the Lost and Found and answer inquires to maintain controls and ensure guest   satisfaction.
•  Reporting all maintenance issues to Ground Control in a timely manner.
•  To attend patient calls immediately and maintain shorter response time.
•  Schedule routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas with Housekeeping supervisors.
•  Respond to customer complaints and special requests.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Excellent organizational and team management skills.
•  Exceptional customer service skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
