Job Details

•  Responsible for meeting community sales goals and objectives.
• Responsible for service and follow-up to customers from the time of their initial introduction to the close of the home.
• Responsible for maintaining clear and accurate marketing and sales information according to the company’s reporting system, ensuring   completeness of all documentation and maintaining organized sales materials.
• Conduct personal tours of the Model Homes and Community for all customers visiting the Sales Center.
• Make planned sales presentations including, but not limited to, greeting, qualifying, demonstrating, setting appointments and closing    {{STRONG}}Job Requirements:{{ESTRONG}}
• Graduate holder.
• One year experience in sales field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
