Job Description :

Duties:

• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
• Assist Scrum Teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• Make sure that, agile methodology is running smooth with the scrum team by coaching, training & mentoring.  
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
• Must be a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflictresolution.
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
