Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Cost Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assist in financial decision making by providing analysis on the performance trends.
•  Performs cost comparison analyses between in-house estimates and contractor estimates.
•  Works with Project Managers and other disciplines to evaluate the appropriateness of budgets.
•  Prepares project and discipline estimate summaries Basis of Estimate.
•  Leads the estimate reconciliation process with the project team.
•  Leads estimating construction costs for change orders and claims reviews.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree.
•  Solid networking and interpersonal skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
