Finance Lawyer (in-house)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Work closely with business heads across the region within the relevant business team
• Assist with formulating company policies and legal risk prevention programs
• Review and understand the laws and regulations relating to the business.
• Give legal advice & assistance in relation to cross-border loan transactions, inclusive margin financings and other loan products
• Requirements:
• Applicant must be a qualified lawye
• At least 4 to 5 years of pre qualification experience obtained in the Banking & Finance team of an intl law firm
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
