Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
•  Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
•  Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
•  Oversee food quality, presentation, menu execution, food preparation.
•  Sets-up and ensures kitchen stations are ready to serve prior to service.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma. 
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong leadership/teamwork skills and abilities.
•  Demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills.
