Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Office and Admin Secretary in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems.
  • Responsible for maintaining vendor lists, negotiating with vendors, organizing induction programmes for new employees, keeping   personnel and office records up to date, arranging interviews, dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
